Shipping, Returns & Warranty Policy

At Woofer Electronics Distributors, we are committed to processing and shipping orders as efficiently as possible. Please review the following policy regarding shipping, returns, discrepancies, and warranty claims.

Shipping Policy

Order Processing

We make every effort to ship all in-stock orders received before 3:00 p.m. Central Time on the same business day. Orders received after 3:00 p.m. Central Time, on weekends, or on holidays will generally be processed on the next business day.

Processing and shipping times are estimates only and may be affected by order volume, inventory availability, weather, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Methods

Orders may be shipped by one of the following methods:

  • Delivery Van
  • UPS
  • Fedex
  • Spee-Dee
  • USPS

Woofer Electronics reserves the right to determine the most appropriate shipping method unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Expedited Shipping

Expedited or upgraded shipping services may be available upon request for an additional charge. Please contact us prior to placing your order if faster shipping is required.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are based on the selected shipping method, order size, weight, destination, and any special handling requirements. Additional fees may apply for expedited service, address corrections, re-delivery attempts, oversized packages, or remote destinations.

Delivery and Inspection

Customers are responsible for inspecting all shipments immediately upon receipt.

Any shortage, damage, incorrect item, or other discrepancy must be reported to Woofer Electronics within 24 hours of receipt. Failure to report discrepancies within this timeframe may result in denial of the claim.

If a shipment arrives damaged, please retain all packaging materials and contact us promptly with supporting photographs and order details.

Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. Woofer Electronics is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional charges caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. Orders returned due to failed delivery or address errors may be subject to additional freight and handling charges.



Returns Policy

Proof of Purchase

Please retain your invoice as proof of purchase. Proof of purchase is required for all returns and warranty claims.

Return Authorization Required

A Return Authorization Number (RMA) is required prior to returning any merchandise. Returns submitted without prior authorization may be refused.

To request an RMA, customers must follow Woofer Electronics’ return procedures and provide all requested information. Issuance of an RMA does not guarantee approval for exchange or credit. All returned merchandise is subject to inspection upon receipt.

Return Eligibility

Unless otherwise specified, merchandise may be eligible for return if all of the following conditions are met:

  • the return has been authorized in advance,
  • the item is returned complete and in like-new condition,
  • all original packaging, parts, manuals, accessories, and labels are included,
  • the item is not designated as non-returnable, non-refundable, or special order.

Restocking Fee

Returns made more than 30 days from the original date of purchase may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Woofer Electronics reserves the right to deny any return or apply a reduced credit if the returned merchandise is incomplete, damaged, altered, used, or otherwise not in resalable condition.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Special order items
  • Non-refundable items
  • Items sold without warranty
  • Merchandise that is damaged, abused, altered, or improperly installed
  • Merchandise with missing or altered serial numbers or identifying labels

Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to our error or an approved defective product claim, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Woofer Electronics is not responsible for merchandise lost or damaged in transit during return shipment.

Credits and Exchanges

Approved returns may be issued as an exchange or credit to the customer’s account or through another method determined by Woofer Electronics. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges are subject to product availability and prior authorization.



Warranty Policy

Manufacturer Warranty

Unless otherwise specified, merchandise is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty for one (1) year from the date of purchase.

Warranty coverage is subject to the terms, conditions, and limitations established by the manufacturer. Certain products may carry different warranty terms or may be sold without warranty.

Warranty Claims

An RMA number is required prior to returning any item for warranty evaluation. Customers may be required to provide proof of purchase, serial number information, photographs, and a description of the issue.

If a product is determined to be defective and covered under the applicable warranty, Woofer Electronics may, at its discretion, repair, replace, facilitate the manufacturer’s warranty process, or issue credit if replacement is not available.

Warranty Exclusions

Warranty coverage does not apply to damage resulting from:

  • improper installation,
  • misuse or abuse,
  • accidents,
  • water damage,
  • improper voltage or electrical issues,
  • unauthorized repair or modification,
  • cosmetic damage,
  • normal wear and tear,
  • shipping damage not reported within 24 hours of receipt,
  • removed or altered serial numbers.

Items Sold Without Warranty

Any item specifically sold without warranty is not eligible for warranty coverage and may not be returned.



General Terms

Woofer Electronics reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
